Skin Genesis Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Skin Genesis, a Beauty Genesis brand offering spa-like treatments at home with vegan skincare products. By accessing or purchasing from our website (https://skingenesis.pro), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including our integrated Return Policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

  • Acceptance: Placing an order on https://skingenesis.pro constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which govern all purchases, shipping, and returns.
  • Company: Skin Genesis is operated by Beauty Genesis, a Texas-based company.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted at https://skingenesis.pro/terms-and-conditions, effective upon posting.

2. Ordering and Payments

  • Order Process: Orders are placed via our WooCommerce store (https://skingenesis.pro). We accept payments through secure processors (e.g., Square). Orders are confirmed via email.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD, subject to change.
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks initiated without following our Return Policy (Section 3) may be contested, as orders imply agreement to these terms.

3. Return Policy

We want you to love your Skin Genesis products. If not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

3.1 Eligibility

  • Returnable Products: Unopened and unused products:
    • GLOW Cleanser, NanoDart Kit, Blue Dew, NanoChanneling Device, GENE DEFYING Cartridges, NanoRenew Serum, Replacement Rollers, HydroFill Lips Kits, Dr Pen M7.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Opened or used consumables due to hygiene regulations (FDA, MoCRA compliance, June 24, 2025), unless defective or damaged.
  • Bundles: Product bundles are returnable only if all components are unopened and unused.

3.2 Return Reasons

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Full refund (including original shipping costs) or replacement (if in stock, e.g., NanoDart Kits, NanoChanneling Devices). Skin Genesis provides a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Incorrect or Wrong Item: Full refund or replacement, with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: Refund of product cost (excluding original shipping costs). Customer pays return shipping (~$5–$10 via USPS Priority Mail).
  • High-Value Items: Returns for Skin Genesis Devices require verification (e.g., photos of unopened packaging) to prevent fraud.

3.3 Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact info@skingenesis.pro within 30 days.
  2. Return Shipping: For defective/incorrect items, we provide a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, ship to Beauty Genesis, 3099 College Park Drive, Suite 301, The Woodlands, TX 77384 at your expense.
  3. Refund: Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection, issued to the original payment method via WooCommerce.

3.4 Chargeback Prevention

  • Customers must follow this Return Policy before initiating chargebacks. Disputes filed without contacting info@skingenesis.pro may be contested with evidence of your agreement to these Terms and Conditions at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse future orders for customers who initiate unwarranted chargebacks.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery: Orders are shipped via USPS within 1–3 business days, with delivery in 3–7 days (U.S.).
  • Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, non-refunded for change-of-mind returns.
  • Delays: Skin Genesis is not liable for carrier delays but will assist with tracking issues (contact info@skingenesis.pro).

5. Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information  via WooCommerce and for order processing and marketing. Data is protected per our Privacy Policy (https://skingenesis.pro/privacy-policy).
  • Marketing: By ordering, you may opt into our email list

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on https://skingenesis.pro, @skingenesis, and @JuliannaBeautyGenesis is owned by Beauty Genesis. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Skin Genesis and all its agents/principles are not liable for damages from product use, except as required by law. Products are for external use only, per instructions.
